• RFQ submissions: name, email, country, and the content you submit in the request form. Used solely to route your request to suppliers.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and analytics.

Legal basis (GDPR)

Where the EU GDPR applies, we process RFQ data based on your consent (submitted voluntarily) and server logs based on legitimate interest in site security.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@bb.ltd. Company information shown in directory profiles is compiled from public business records; listed companies may request corrections or removal through the same address.

Data retention & sharing

RFQ data is retained for up to 24 months and shared only with the suppliers relevant to your request. We never sell personal data.
