1. Directory service

bb.ltd provides a supplier directory and RFQ forwarding service. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and suppliers. Profiles are compiled from public sources and supplier-submitted information; we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing.

2. Buyer responsibilities

Buyers are solely responsible for due diligence — verifying suppliers, negotiating terms, product compliance (CE, FCC, RoHS, etc.), quality inspection, and payment protection.

3. Suppliers

Suppliers may claim and update their profiles. Misrepresentation of capabilities, certifications, or business registration may result in removal from the directory.

4. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. bb.ltd shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the directory or interactions between users and listed suppliers.
